Ndurance is een sterke, taaie en stevige vloeibaar aangebrachte vloerbedekking gemaakt met plantaardige olie, pigmenten en gerecycled materiaal. Ndurance bevat geen weekmakers en blijft langdurig flexibel. Ndurance is een naadloze, duurzame veerkrachtige vloerbedekking met uitstekende eigenschappen. Een perfecte vloerbedekking zonder snijverliezen, zonder lasnaden en daardoor perfect geschikt voor scholen, kantoren en medische instellingen.

Endurance is, volgens het officiele Engelse woordenboek, de eigenschap om weerstand te bieden tegen gebruik en slijtage. Dit geeft de eigenschappen van Ndurance uitstekend weer.

Ndurance is een sterke, robuste gegoten vloerbedekking dat plantaardige olie, pigmenten en post-consumer gerecyclede materialen bevat. Ndurance is PVC vrij, bevat geen weekmakers en is blijvend flexibel.

Ndurance is een naadloze, durzame flexibele vloerbedekking met hoogwaardige eigenschappen. Een perfecte vloerbedekking, zonder snijverliezen, zonder lasnaden en uitstekend geschikt voor toepassing in scholen, kantoren en medische omgevingen.

Voor de verantwoording van de impact van de carbon footprint van elk vloerbedekkingsproduct gebruiken we de definitie van “Healthy Materials Lab at Parsons School of Design” in New York, een toonaangevende autoriteit op dit gebied.

“Currently, there is no universal threshold for ‘low embodied carbon’ in flooringmaterials. After discussing this research with experts, we have set a rigorous standard that can meet 2030 emission goals. These products, labeled with ‘LEC’, embody below 5kg of CO2 per square meter”

Ndurance is a tough, flexible seamless comfortable floor covering. Ndurance can be used as a seamless decorative floor covering in the education sector, medical sector, offices, museums, but is also suitable for domestic surfaces. In short Ndurance is a perfect solution for floors where the owners and users have a high demand on comfort, wear and impact resistance and hygiene. Ndurance is a seamless solution from wall to wall.

cure through

Ndurance is walkable 24 hours after the installation. The complete chemical and mechanical properties will be achieved after 7 days of curing at a minimum temperature of 15°C.

Regular removal of dust and if necessary wet cleaning with a neutral cleaning agent. For further instructions see the maintenance instruction guide.

installation

The concrete or screed subfloor has to be primed and levelled with a self levelling smoothing compound to obtain a flat and levelled surface. Uneven surfaces have to be leveled by e.g. diamond grinding prior to the levelling compound. All dust and loose parts have to be fully removed from all surfaces before the product is applied, preferably using a brush and/or industrial vacuum cleaner. Prior to the installation of the Ndurance a suitable primer needs to be applied. During the installation the room temperature needs to be at least 62 °F (15,5°C). The floor temperature need to be at least 59 °F (15°C) and minimum 3 °F (3 °C) above the dew point.
