De schoonheid en rijkdom van traditioneel Terrazzo, oorspronkelijk uitgevonden door de Romeinen, verbeterd met de nieuwste technologieën van vandaag, vormen een uniek vloersysteem. Durabella heeft uitzonderlijke kenmerken qua uiterlijk, esthetiek en duurzaamheid. Durabella is een decoratieve vloerafwerking, gemaakt van een gekleurd biobased bindmiddel en gemengd in een matrix van marmer, glas en andere natuurlijke materialen. Na afwerking wordt de natuurlijke schoonheid van de aggregaten in een gekleurde omgeving zichtbaar om een mooi, duurzaam en flexibel Terrazzo te verkrijgen.

Een duurzame, naadloze en flexibele terrazzovloer gemaakt van snel hernieuwbare grondstoffen die vrij zijn van orthoftalaten, chloor en oplosmiddelen. Durabella heeft uitzonderlijke kenmerken wat betreft uiterlijk, esthetiek en duurzaamheid – een decoratieve vloerafwerking, met eindeloze aanpasbare ontwerpen, waaronder logo’s, unieke patronen en ingewikkelde ontwerpen. De algehele vernauwing verschilt niet veel van die van traditioneel Terrazzo, hoewel de samenstelling van de ingrediënten heel anders is.

Durabella is extreem duurzaam en perfect voor elk gebied met veel verkeer, zoals ziekenhuizen, luchthavens, themaparken, scholen, enz. Ons terrazzo gebruikt geen epoxy of agressieve chemicaliën tijdens het installatieproces. Het product is ook bestand tegen water, waardoor microbiële groei en schimmel wordt voorkomen – een van de vele redenen waarom het uitstekend geschikt is voor zorginstellingen en alle gedeelde openbare ruimtes die zijn bedoeld om gezonde ruimtes te creëren. Andere pluspunten van de Corques Liquid Lino-vloer zijn dat het is slijtvast en heeft met een laagdikte van circa 2 mm een zeer goede warmtegeleiding wat het rendement bij vloerverwarming ten goede komt. De vloer is naadloos omdat het een gegoten systeem is. Dit betekent geen lasnaden, werkplan en snijverliezen zoals bij andere vloerbedekkingen. Bovendien is Corques Liquid Lino verkrijgbaar in vele kleuren.

composition

Durabella is made out of various components based on a special modified binder, marble aggregates and/or natural stones. Durabella Biopolymer is made from vegetable oil and is Red List Free. Durabella is a flexible terrazzo and has a 40% better sound absorption compared to tradional epoxy terrazzo.

application

Durabella Seamless Terrazzo is an aesthetic, seamless, wear-resistant finish for areas with heavy traffic. Suitable for both new construction and renovation (10-18mm) project. Durabella is therefore often used in public buildings such as shopping malls, hotels, receptions, restaurants, convention centers, airports, banks, offices, hospitals, entrance halls, stations, public areas, etc.

appearance

Very similar to the traditional terrazzo floors. The surface is smooth. Various patterns and motifs can be obtained in the floor. In contrast to traditional terrazzo floors Durabella can be supplied in RAL, Pantone or NCS colors. The finish can be adjusted to your liking and color composition is customer specific. Slip-resistance is depending on the finish, R9 or R11.

hardening and curing

Durabella is ready for foot traffic at 15°C after 24 hours. The full hardening has occurred after 7 days assuming a temperature of 15°C. After curing the floor is ground to the desired surface. The floor is waxed or impregnated.
